Now that we have been in the new house for a few months I wanted to write and tell you how pleased we have been with the work of your firm and with the outstanding quality of the finished product. As I think you know, I have been a practicing architect throughout the Southeast for more than thirty years. During that time my firm has been responsible for more than $2.5 billion in construction projects and I have built nine residences for my family and immediate family members- so I think it is safe to say that I have experience dealing with contractors of all size and description and I appreciate the differences. Working with you and your finn has been an absolute joy and I would not hesitate to use your services again if the opportunity arises. You have been successful in keeping the neighbors and the "very difficult to deal with" Sea Colony ARB happy and you have produced a final result which has met and surpassed the expectations of all the parties involved. We have received many compliments from others within the community here and have had absolute strangers stop by to say how much they like the finished product. On top of that, the final bill was so close to the original budget as to be almost perfect. It doesn't get much better than that.
Most importantly, however, has been the absolute top drawer performance of you and others within the firm who have worked on the project. Every time I had the need to talk with someone from Browdy and Browdy about the project I was met with utmost professionalism and responsiveness. When we have had the inevitable after completion issues arise your staff and subcontractors have jumped in and dealt with the issue immediately and resolved it within record time. I can tell you, based on my personal experience, that this is not the case with the majority of your competitors and is a record of which you should be proud.
Please accept my thanks for a job well done. If I can ever serve as a reference for your firm, or if I can simply answer someone's questions, please do not hesitate to call on me.Wtn. Barry Jenkins, AIA/NCARB
